Description:
"All we need is a helping hand and a willing heart to save our Mother Earth. " This was the theme of the Earth Day celebration at St. Karen's Montessori School. Swara and Aradhya of Std 3-C, Kumar Gaurav of Std 3-B and Anushka of std 2-I were the marvellous anchors of the special assembly .
The Skit performed by the students of Std 3-B and 3-C gave an inspiring message.... how little children can also contribute to save our Mother Earth.
The students grooved on the beat of the beautiful song...... Earth.. We're in it together...... saving land, air and water...performed by the students of Std 3 and 4 and "We dream of a World" were performed by students of std 1-I and 2-I. Students of Std 4-A through their poem and students of std 1-I and 2-I through their slogans, created awareness about different ways to save the Earth.
The participants were appreciated for their efforts by our Headmistress Ma'am, Elamma Ma'am and teachers. The students enjoyed the program. They were encouraged to take up the responsibility towards protecting nature and our Mother Earth.
