Mango Day
“A Fun and Fruity Fiesta!”
Our school’s Kindergarten section came alive on 9th July 2025 with vibrant shades of yellow and the sweet aroma of mangoes as we celebrated Mango Day with immense joy and enthusiasm. The day was dedicated to raising awareness about the health benefits of mangoes and promoting healthy eating habits among our little learners.
Children from Nursery, LKG, and UKG participated in a variety of age-appropriate, mango-themed activities that celebrated the “King of Fruits” in the most playful and engaging ways.
Nursery children enjoyed cheerful mango rhymes and simple colouring activities, sparking creativity and a love for fruits. LKG students brought mangoes, Maaza, or Frooti and took part in delightful activities like Role Play with dummy currency, photo sessions, and even tree planting—fostering awareness about nature and nutrition through joyful exploration.UKG students turned into little chefs during a fireless cooking session titled “A Yummy Mango Delight for Tummy.” They prepared delicious mango-based treats, proudly showcasing their budding culinary skills.
Throughout the day, classrooms echoed with laughter, learning, and excitement. Children wore mango cutouts, shared fun facts and catchy lines about mangoes, and decorated mango trees with their vibrant artwork. Mango Day was not just a celebration of taste and colour—it was a joyful reminder that learning can be fun, healthy, and delicious!
