Description:
On the occasion of World Friendship Day, the Art Club of St. Karen's Montessori School organised a Drawing Competition for classes 1 to 3 on 3rd of August, 2022 on the topic, ' A Bond Of Friendship '. It was an open competition where all the students participated enthusiastically. Based on creativity and originality, design based on the theme, colour concept and overall impression of the Art, the drawings of twenty-four students, one each from the different sections of classes 1, 2 and 3 were chosen to select the final winners.
A contest was again held among these twenty-four on 5th of August on the theme 'Sharing The Human Spirit Through Friendship' . After a detailed and careful observation, three names each from Std- 1, 2 and 3 were finalised as winners. The names of the winners are as follows: In Std- 1 Anshika Singh was the winner , Samyra Khan was the 1st Runner up and Rachit was the 2nd Runner up. In Std- 2 Harshita Kashyap was the Winner , Tanishq was the 1st Runner up and Ayaza Parwez was the 2nd Runner up. In Std-3 Avni Kumari was the winner , Tanmay Kashyap was the 1st Runner up and Praneet Shrivastava was the 2nd Runner up.
It was an overall successfully conducted activity by the Art Club.
We look forward to the conduction of more activities of this order so that children are able to exhibit their creative skills.
